Are Meals Included in the Packages?
Yes, breakfast and some dinners are included. Snacks and water are available during the day, and in the evening, we’ll relax together with soft drinks, beer, or wine.
What should I pack?
The sun in Arkansas is strong – it burns more intensely than in Central Europe. That’s why a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are absolute essentials.
If needed, you can also purchase sunscreen with SPF 100 directly on the bus.
Comfortable sneakers are perfectly sufficient – high heels can definitely stay at home.
A lightweight rain jacket is recommended, as the weather can change unexpectedly.
Since we’ll be spending an entire day on the water during the tour, we recommend bringing swimwear and wearing water shoes. The ground when getting in and out of the water can be quite rocky in places, so water shoes are especially helpful for comfort and safety.
In short: pack comfortably, practically, and with a touch of adventure – and you’ll be well prepared for every situation.
How do I get to the USA – are flights included?
Flights are not included in the tour price.
Travel to and from the USA is arranged individually. Our tours start and end at Memphis Airport (TN), where we take care of everything else – accommodations, excursions, and the full itinerary.
We’re happy to recommend a travel agency in Germany that we’ve had great experience with, and which can offer excellent flight options at competitive prices.
I can’t find my preferred travel date – why isn’t it listed on the website yet?
Some travel dates are still too far in the future and therefore not yet published on our website.
If you can’t find your preferred date, or you’re already planning a trip for a later year such as 2027 or 2028, we’ll be happy to discuss your plans with you personally.

Can someone join the tour even if they’re not part of the main group?
Yes, absolutely! Companions are more than welcome to join, even if they’re not part of the main group. 💛
Our tours are designed so that everyone feels included – whether you want to take part in all the activities or simply relax and enjoy the trip.

Why does the trip cost more for a single traveler?
💰 Single Room Rates
The higher price is due to the fact that, unlike in Europe, there are no single room rates in the USA.
Hotels and lodges generally charge per room, not per person.
Therefore, a double room shared by two guests is always more affordable than single occupancy.
